The financial crisis has not only changed the way in which business is conducted but has also impacted job seekers' mobility. Globalisation is currently affecting all executive recruitment markets.
Elsewhere, the demands of companies have greatly increased; this is even truer on an international level. In order to respond to these requirements, having branches overseas becomes essential.
